Heidi teaches Awareness through Movement (R) and Bones for Life(R) classes and workshops in North and South Carolina.
Heidi offers Bones for Life workshops taken for ones own health as an intensive 20 hour workshop. This can also be taken for CE units for SC PT's or taken by those involved in other fields or for those wishing to pursue certification to become a Bones for Life teacher.
Mini 3-4 hour workshops are offered in both Bones for Life and Awareness Through Movement (Feldenkrais).
TRY A WORKSHOP OR TRY OUT A SERIES OF CLASS or private LESSONS.
This work must be experienced as it is not familiar fare, that is exercise, stretching or meditation. It is a lesson you are giving to your own nervous system. Sign up and give it a try! Experience yourself in a whole new way.
