"Why Bones for Life?  "Because there is no pill for posture."  Put biological optimism in your bones and add a spring to your step doing easy lessons.  You will need to get down and up from the floor by your self or using a chair.  Bring a mat and wear layered clothes.

 2,  November 1, 2013          :  Feldenkrais/Bones for Life Walking Workshop.  Walk away your stress using classic lessons to address the pelvis, ribs, shoulders and spine.  We will take this awareness into walking.  We will explore different ways of walking.  Bring your walking poles or 2 canes or sticks.  There will be 4 sets of poles for sale for $20./pair

 3.  December 6,2013 Feldenkrais Workshop: Interrupting the Patterns of Chronic Stress:   Come discover the habit patterns that hold us in 'stress mode' as we find ways to interrupt  Learn new ways and habits to enhance the fullness of life.
