The Bones for Life(R) work is a program designed to stimulate bone strength through natural means and weight bearing. Using simple tools like the wall, light weights, and a simple cloth wrap, posture, alignment, and balance are improved. Why Bones for Life?....because there is no pill for posture!
The Walk for Life program. In this work, one discovers dysfunctional movement patterns that may be interfering with the enjoyment of a "good" walk. Sessions include the classic somatic lessons addressing all that moves (or wants to move) during 'a walk.' Participants will become proficient in the use of walking poles which will further inform the often missing movement of the ribs and shoulder blades.
